The Center of Instructional Technology represents the College’s effort to make technology an effective and integral part of the academic endeavor of the institution. The mission of the Center of Instructional Technology is to enhance professional development which will empower faculty to apply new technologies that will improve the teaching and learning process, and to create a supportive environment.

The Office of Instructional Technology along with the Professional Teaching and Learning Centers (PTLC) offer workshops for PBCC faculty and adjunct professors on a wide variety of topics. Workshops are hands-on and typically cover best practices for enhancing instruction with technology.
