Permit or delegate a user to use your system authority during special circumstances such as when you travel out of the district, take a leave of absence, etc. This allows designated user to approve transactions during your absence.

1. Enter M at Action and press Enter
 
 
 
2. Tab to first blank line and type in START DATE, END DATE, and DELEGATE ID and press Enter
