Fast Break and Summer Bridge 2010

Note: Students will apply for both programs. SAT/ACT or CPT scores will determine which program the student is eligible for.

ALL Students (both New and Dual Enrolled) MUST:

• Apply to Palm Beach State ON-LINE at www.FACTS.ORG

Admit Term: Summer B (Summer 2010) Program Objective: AA Transfer degree

• Activate your Palm Beach State email address
  
  
• Submit a Fast Break/Summer Bridge Scholarship Application with an unofficial high school transcript including the first semester of the 12th grade (must be received with the application).
  
  
• Attach proof of any SAT/ACT or CPT scores.
  (SAT/ACT scores must be less than two years from the student’s admission date. If the scores indicate prep courses in reading, English or math, the student will be required to take the Florida College Entry Level Placement Test (FCELPT) for a $15 fee).
  
  
• Attach a $20 application fee. Dual Enrolled students are exempt from the fee. Make checks or money orders payable to Palm Beach State College. Do NOT send cash.

After applying to Palm Beach State on line, you may submit the scholarship application with your transcript to:
