Replacement Criteria
Palm Beach State College will issue only one PantherCard per individual. If possible, the original card should be returned for proper disposal when a new card is printed.

Replacement Cost:
There is a $5.00 replacement fee for lost, stolen, or damaged cards.

Note: All assigned privileges and balances will transfer to the replacement card. Cost may be waived if the card failed or deteriorated due to initial defect (as determined by the PantherCard Office personnel).
