When can I have my PantherCard made?
New students can have their PantherCard made following registration and enrollment for a minimum of one class. The existence of a student’s record in the PantherCard system depends on the student being enrolled in a class. If a student enrolls online, a PantherCard can be created immediately. However, if enrolling through the Registration office, the PantherCard can be produced the next business day.

How do I open a PantherCard account on my PantherCard?
The account is automatically created once you enroll in classes at PBCC. Deposits into PantherCard accounts can be made at any Card Management Center or online through the PantherCard Online Card Office.

How can money be added to my PantherCard account?
Once you've opened your PantherCard account, adding money to your account is easy. Currently, cash deposits can be made at the PantherCard Card Management Centers located in the LLRC or SLC labs on each the campuses. You can also make deposits online by visiting the PantherCard Online Card Office.

My PantherCard has been lost or stolen. What should I do?
You should immediately notify the PantherCard Office of the situation at 561-868-3567. Your account will then be inactivated to prevent unauthorized use until a replacement card can be issued and your account re-activated.

How do I get a replacement PantherCard?
Replacement PantherCards are available during regular business hours at the campus bookstore for a fee of $5. The replacement fee must be paid in advance at the Cashier’s Office, and a receipt must be presented at the ID station before the new card can be issued.

Can I withdraw money from my debit account(s)?
Withdrawal of cash funds are not permitted from any PantherCard account.

What happens to funds on my PantherCard accounts at the end of the year?
PantherCard account funds automatically carry over from year to year, ready for use at any time. Request for refunds are accepted from May 15 through July 1 each year. Refund requests are processed after the last day of final exams for the spring term with the refund applied to the student's account at the Office of Student Receivables. For students who have graduated or withdrawn, requests for refunds are accepted at any time with refunds applied to the student's account at the Bursar’s office.
