Circulation of Equipment:

Each classroom is equipped with VCR and overhead projector. Most of our classrooms are currently equipped with video projectors and their multimedia tools. Additional equipment can be requested using the designated request form. The faculty member must sign the designated agreement before receiving the equipment. The additional equipment must be returned to MTIS as soon as the class is over or 15 minutes before the MTIS closes, whichever comes first.

Requests for AV equipment and materials are required at least 24 hours in advance for Belle Glade and 7 days in advance for any other satellite facilities. Requests for AV equipment can be completed by phone, by e-mail, or by completing the designated form found in the Media Center. The faculty member or staff member must be present at the time of pick-up, in order to ensure that the contract is signed. If permitted to check equipment out to satellite facilities, the faculty or staff member must renew the contract according to the instructions from the Media Services Department.

**Warning: Removing any equipment out of a classroom is NOT permitted for any reason. However, if there is a malfunctioning piece of equipment in the particular classroom that you are in, the matter should be referred immediately to the attention of the Media Coordinator. Repairing equipment should be handled by the Media Staff only.
