
Chapter 1011 establishes state and local financial planning and budgeting, covering a range of topics including funding systems, sources of revenue and distribution of funds.
Part I authorizes that educational facilities at the state and local level develop a budget system and mandates capital outlay requests and budgets.
- Section B deals specifically with the preparation, adoption and implementation of budgets in Florida community colleges.
Part III establishes a funding system, rules and requirements to be used in workforce and adult general education programs, as well as the Workforce Development Capitalization Incentive Grant Program.
Part IV does the same for community colleges, and establishes the Community College Program Fund, requirements for participation, apportionment of funds, and grants to colleges.
