Objectives, Features and Competencies

 

Program Objective

The objective of the Automotive Service Technology Program is to prepare students for employment in the automotive field as technicians, service advisors, parts salespersons and managers.

 

Features

The Program features 1800 hours of classroom and “hands-on” lab instruction in state-of-the-art, professionally equipped, shops, labs and classrooms. The curriculum prepares students for the Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) Certification Exams. The certificate of completion is recognized by ASE as one year of work experience.
