AA Degree Transfer to Private Colleges and Universities

The Associate in Arts degree offers many opportunities to transfer to both public and private colleges and universities and complete your Bachelor’s degree. PBCC also has many transfer agreements that allow you to complete your Bachelor’s degree completely on-line.

Transfer agreements with Private Colleges and Universities for the AA, AAS or AS

Kaplan University PBCC AA, AAS or AS to Baccalaureate

Kaplan and Palm Beach Community College will facilitate the transfer of associate-degree graduates to baccalaureate completion programs at KU. This advanced start baccalaureate program (also known as a “2+2 option”) is designed to maximize a students’ transfer credit award.

Nova Southeastern University - PBCC AA or AS in Early Childhood Education to BS in Elementary Education or BS in Exceptional Student Education

This agreement is in effect for those PBCC students who graduate with an Associate of Science degree in Early Childhood Education or Associate of Arts degree. It covers students who apply and are accepted to NSU's Fischler School of Education and Human Services undergraduate teacher program leading to a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education or Exceptional Student Education. It is recomended that students follow the advising sheets for this articulation included in the agreement.
