Full-time employees and their dependents are covered under the college's Life Enrichment Employee Assistance Program (EAP) with The Center For Family Services. The program is designed to help solve personal, work related or family issues. Counseling is available for marital, emotional, financial, substance abuse, stress, parenting, or job issue problems. EAP also offers pre-paid legal services. Employees and each covered family member are entitled to eight free counseling sessions per contract year. Confidentiality is strictly maintained.
