Student Services 11a.m. to 4 p.m. Workshop Update
Kathy Davis, Director of Academic Advisement Center at Missouri State University will meet with student services personnel to discuss issues relevant to Student Services as a whole.
Although this is targeted for student services anyone can attend.
Kathy Davis will address the entire Student Services body on the following:
1) How do we create a more student-centered campus?
2) What role can you play in creating a more student-centered campus?
After Lunch, Ms. Davis will lead the discussion with Student Services related to:
3) Effective communication techniques
4) Effective interviewing techniques
5) Ethical dilemmas
6) Customer services principles
From 3:30-4:00pm, student services awards will be presented to staff.
