Eligibility Requirements You may be eligible to obtain services from the Educational Opportunity Center if you are interested in enrolling or continuing a program of continuing or postsecondary education, are 19 years of age or and can meet at least one of the following criteria: • a citizen or national of the United States; or • a permanent resident of the United States; or • a Veteran of the United States Armed Forces.
