Message from the President Dear Colleagues:
As our college prepares to face new and exciting challenges, our success will depend upon the collective talents and skills of all of our employees. Understanding, embracing and integrating a variety of individual differences and experiences are critical ingredients needed for us to work together to achieve the vision and mission of the college. I am proud that we have made diversity a strategic priority and have done so much on all of our campuses to promote diversity college-wide.
I am also pleased that we have implemented our diversity awareness program, "Mutual Respect: The Bottom Line." Through this training, we will gain further understanding and appreciation of differences and how diversity can be a catalyst to increasing creativity, innovative thinking and productivity at the College.
I appreciate each of you taking the time to participate in this training and for helping make PBCC an even better work and educational environment.
Dr. Dennis P. Gallon, President
