The Professional Development Management System (PDMS) is a web-based registration and tracking solution. Employees can register for courses using the Employee Web. The system is designed to provide users with the ability to:
View the programs being offered to include course description and schedule.
Enroll, withdraw, and be placed on a waiting list with a click of a button.
View history of professional development activities.
View a tutorial about using the Professional Development Web system.
It is required to register for courses using the Employee Web as the pre-registration process is used in coordinating and planning employee development programs. To participate in any professional development activity, employees will need supervisory approval.
Cancellation A minimum number of participants is needed for each program to operate. Courses that do not have sufficient participants enrolled are subject to cancellation. In the event of a cancellation, you will be notified by email.
Contact the IT Help Desk at (561) 868-3100 should you have any difficulty accessing the web-based registration and tracking system.
