Adventures in Leadership

This skill-based program focuses on the leadership and supervisory skills necessary to be effective administrators, managers and supervisors. Participants will gain valuable skills to learn how to encourage communication, resolve issues and motivate staff to become part of an even more successful and productive department.

Registration for Adventures in Leadership workshops is open to current administrators, managers, and supervisors. Registration of any non-supervisory employee must be requested by the supervisor and approved by the Professional Development Department.

Program participants will have two years to complete the program. Participants need to attend nine core workshops and three elective workshops in order to achieve program completion. Select any of the following workshops to view the details and scheduling information:
