EMO0123   Basic Life Support Provider
Course Description
The BLS for Healthcare Provider course is designed to teach the skills of CPR for victims of all ages, use of an AED, and relief of foreign-body airway obstruction. It is intended for participants who provide health care to patients in a wide variety of settings, including in-hospital and out-of-hospital settings. The course is also designed for anyone who is required to take a healthcare provider course for employment. Individuals who successfully complete the class receive an American Heart Association BLS for Healthcare Provider course completion card. Textbook is required for this course.
