Transfer Student Transcript Policy

Effective Fall Term 2005

Transfer students who are degree or certificate-seeking must have their final and official high school transcripts (showing proof of Standard High School Diploma) or GED, and transcripts from all postsecondary institutions attended sent directly from the original school to the PBCC Registrar's Office. Note:  Students going into a non-limited access program at PBCC, who have an A.A.S. degree or higher from an accepted institution, are exempt from this requirement.

This new policy affects the following students:

  • New PBCC Transfer Students,
  • Readmitting Transfer Students,
  • Transfer Students applying for any Limited Access program beginning during or after Fall 2005, and
  • Any currently-enrolled transfer students who choose to change to the 2005-06 catalog or beyond (by completing a "Request to Change Program Objective" Form, in the Registrar's Office).
***For additional transcript information, please refer to the Transcript Information Page***.
