Palm Beach Community College requires that all private schools interested in having their students participating in the dual enrollment program be in full compliance with Florida Statute, section 1003.01.

To confirm eligibility status, all participating private schools must complete a Private School Statement of Legal Compliance Form each academic year prior to referring students for dual enrollment. This form can be obtained by calling: (561) 868-3373
