Following are the procedures and timelines for submitting requests for Graduation certification and certificate printing from the Graduation Office.
All certificates verifying compliance of graduation requirements, or any future verifications of program completions, are to be issued only by the office of the College Registrar or the Graduation Office.
1. Complete a Program Graduation Request (PGR) Form when students register for their last class, or at least 30 days prior to the last day of the program. Note: Completer requests should be submitted as early as possible, even if students are not "finished" with all program courses. This will allow the Graduation Office to communicate with you regarding transcript, testing issues, or other holds.
2. Submit the completed PGR via e-mail to the Graduation Office. (Just click on the e-mail tool at the top of the Word document and send to graduation@pbcc.edu after completing form.)
If certificates are needed by a specific ceremony or licensure exam, please note that all final grades must be posted at least 5 business days before the certificates are needed.
3. The Graduation Office will post completions to students' transcripts and print certificates.

***Certificate templates are not "official" and include several additional security measures when issued to the student.***
Programs that have licensure or certification requirements to have special information listed on their certificate must submit the request and all important information to the Graduation Office for review.
The Graduation Office will certifiy all graduation inquiries and reprint all necessary certificates (as long as the completion is noted on the student's transcript). If you have any questions, please contact Associate College Registrar Ed Mueller, muellere@pbcc.edu, or the Graduation Office.
