The forms linked above are for submitting program wheels for PSAV, ATD, CCC, AS, AAS and ATC programs, as well as AA courses.
The 2-year program wheel should be used for day programs.
The 3-year program wheel should be used to schedule night programs.
The AA course wheels is used to establish where AA general education and elective courses will be scheduled across the district. The Prep course wheel is for prep courses.
The approved Chart of Programs can be downloaded by clicking here.
