Transcript Request

To have transcripts sent to PBCC, sent from PBCC, or view/print your PBCC transcript, follow the information below.

Send Official Transcript to PBCC

Note:  Students may view the status (received/evaluated) of their transcripts by logging on to PantherWeb.

Request Official PBCC Transcript to be Sent
PBCC transcript requests must be made either through PantherWeb or in writing. Telephone or Fax requests will not be honored.

  • To send a transcript to a college or university, an outside agency, or yourself - use your student ID and PIN to sign on to PantherWeb and request your PBCC transcript online. You may also view the status of your online transcript requests through PantherWeb.
  • If you cannot access PantherWeb - download and print the PBCC Transcript Request Form (PDF). Submit the request to your home campus address listed on the form.
Unofficial PBCC Transcript
  • To view or print an unofficial copy of your PBCC academic record, use your Student ID and PIN to sign on to PantherWeb.
