This degree program teaches students to install and configure Web servers (Linux Apache and Microsoft IIS), write client and server-side scripts, design Web pages, implement Web site security and manage Intranet and Web-based resources.
Employment Opportunities Employment opportunities include Internet/Intranet administrators, Web site administrators, Internet/Intranet developers, Web site developers, Webmasters, Internet support specialists, Web page designers, Web managers, or Web architects. The content prepares individuals to work in Internet and Intranet environments.
