Banking Specialist-Financial Services  (6117)

Program Description This program is a college credit certificate for individuals currently employed in the banking industry or for those who would like to pursue a career in the banking field.

The Banking Specialist College Credit Certificate program provides students with both general knowledge and specific competencies that establish a foundation for a successful financial services career. This 12-credit certificate includes training in Banking Principles, Law and Banking, Marketing for Bankers and Business Communications.
Employment Opportunities This certificate is well suited for individuals who plan to make banking a long-term career. Those individuals included career entry employees with clerical, administrative or customer service responsibilities.
Career Path Notes Credits in this certificate program will transfer directly into the Associate in Applied Science (A.A.S.) degree in Business Administration Management.
