How to Apply for Graduation

When you registerfor your last term of courses, it's time to apply for graduation! 

Not sure you're ready to graduate?
Speak with your advisor, or log on to http://www.pbcc.edu/PantherWeband review your Degree Audit.

AA, AS and A.A.S. Degree Graduates:

  • Complete the online Graduation Application.  Once your application has been received by the Graduation Office, you will receive a notification e-mail that your application has been processed or a deficiency letter if your application can not be completed.  
  • Commencement ceremony information is mailed approximately 6 weeks prior to graduation.  You may also click here to view the information.

PSAV, CCC, ATC and ATD Certificate Graduates:

  • Visit your program manager who will complete a Program Graduation Request (PGR) form for your class.
  • If you plan to attend the Commencement ceremony, please read the commencement attendance letter, complete the form at the bottom, and return the form to the Graduation Office.
  • Commencement ceremony information is mailed after processing of the PGR by your department. You may also click here to view the commencement ceremony information.
