RFP Policy

The PBCC Foundation encourages all qualified vendors to submit a proposal for consideration to become a service provider. We entertain submissions per the following schedule. Contact the PBCC Purchasing Department for procedural assistance.

The Foundation has determined the following schedule for putting RFPs out for services it contracts for:

Investment Services last RFP 2007 next RFP 2012
Banking Services last RFP 2008 next RFP 2010
Audit Services last RFP 2008 next RFP 2011
