Ryan Lavery

Ryan is a first year at the University of Chicago. He attended Atlantic Community High School in the International Baccalaureate program in Delray Beach. Ryan was a camper in the Summer Youth College when he was in his middle school years. It was the very benefit that he received from the program that prompted him to seek a leadership position in this program.

Ryan is working to fulfill a major in either Philosophy or a specialized major in History and Philosophy of Medicine and Science. Outside of class, Ryan finds his interests in music, whether it be playing, listening, or writing. Ryan plays trombone, drums, baritone, and harmonica. He hopes to have fun this summer while helping campers find the same experience he did while in Summer Youth College.
