Strategic Plan 2009-12 - Action Plans

decorative imageThe 2009-12 Strategic Plan was approved by the PBCC Board of Trustees in March 2009. To implement the plan, the goals and objectives have been assigned to administrative staff - click here for the assignments.

Each assigned adminstrator will oversee the implementation of the goals and objectives. To acheive this, committees will be convened to develop strategies and action plans.

Role of the Committee
Each committee will be responsible for the development of an action plan or plans that help achieve the objective. Once the action plan has been developed and approved, it will move to the implementation phase. At that point, the committee will still have an active role in ensuring that the action plan is implemented.

Tools and Resources
Institutional Research and Effectiveness will provide support throughout the implementation of the strategic plan. A template has been designed to help your committee submit an action plan, which will be reviewed initially by Academic Affairs, and approved through the Vice Presidents, Provosts and President.
