~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 3. PBCC to be ‘unplugged' during Spring Break. Responding to continued growth and increased system requirements, PBCC's Network Operations Center will undergo needed electrical and air conditioning upgrades during the week of Spring Break. For the scheduled down time, called "PBCC Unplugged," all PBCC Computing Resources services will be unavailable from Monday, March 9, through Thursday, March 12.
What will be "unplugged"? Affected are the PBCC Web site, the Blackboard Course Learning System, PantherWeb/PantherNet, all e-mail systems and the College telephone system. Students will not be able to register or withdraw from classes, e-mail professors or access online classes.
The project was scheduled during Spring Break to minimize disruption for all. For specific information on the service interruption and what it means for students, visit www.pbcc.edu/unplugged.xml
