Chari Rocafull
I started my artistic work quite young by attending Madrid's Art Instruction School at the age of 12.
I also atended to the "Escuela de Artes Aplicadas y Oficios Artísticos", and the "Escuela de Cerámica de la Moncloa", both in Madrid, Spain.
I took Art classes at "Museo de Arte Contemporáneo", Maracay, Estado Aragua, Venezuela, and "Museo de Arte Contemporáneo", Caracas, Venezuela.
I received instruction from "Master Artist" in the field of "Faux Finishing" (false finishes) with innovative techniques in the field of Art decoration, and furniture refinishing.
I had the opportunity of working and learn at the Nelson Sarabia Studio, a recognized Venezuelan painter, and, at Tony Lopez, Studio, recognized Cuban sculptor.
I speak, and write: English, French (Master's degree), Spanish, and Italian.

March 7, 2009:
"Boynton Beach Art in Public Places" for the Art exhibition to be held at the big opening of the new Boynton Beach Library. My works are on a six months loan basis, and for sale.
March 18th to June 3rd:
"Palm Beach Art in public places" has chosen my painting: Palm Beach
Golf´s Paradise. for the exhibition to be held at the Palm Beach
International Airport. My painting is in a loan basis and for sale.

2007-2008: Classes at the Adult Education Program of the School District of Palm Beach County of: "Oil painting", "Painting with Acrylic", and "Furniture Refinishing".
2005-2006: Art teacher at Coastal High and Middle School, for Youth on Probation.
Through May 31st 2006 I organized an exhibit of my student's Art works at the Lake Park Library under the motto "Growing through Art' emphasizing the uplifting and healing potential of Art"

I became a member of Delray Art League, Delray Beach, Florida
2000/2002 I worked and learnt at Miami's studio of the famous sculptor Tony Lopez. I worked and studied at the studio of the famous Venezuelan painter, Nelson Sarabia.
1999 I had a commission to create a piece of sculpture related to Nature. That is how "Leprechaun John" was born. I created as well a little story about him and his "magical powers", and I printed it in a label, that was hanging on his hand. I made a production of 200 pieces.
1997 Award of the "Armada de Aragua" (Aragua's Army) for my Art work under the name of "Gypsies" at the exhibition held the day of the Army. ("Asopredi")
My individual exhibition under the name of "Gypsies" of a length of
a month at the "Culture House of Maracay".
