This training track is designed for child care directors, assistant directors, family child care homes and after-school directors. The track focuses on leadership and program management skills in personal and professional development, professional communication strategies, performance management, presentation skills, facilitative leadership, and program evaluation. Each course is a series that has required assignments to support theory to workplace outcomes. To successfully complete the series, students must complete the course requirements.
