This training track is designed for child care practitioners who work with children three to five years. The courses address child development, language and literacy, math and reasoning, adult/child interactions and curriculum overview. Each course is a series that has required assignments to support theory to classroom practices. To successfully complete the series, students must complete the course requirements. See individual course syllabus. CEUs can be used for certificate renewal. Practitioners who successfully complete the track may be eligible for Informal Training Incentive award.
