The Institute of Excellence in Early Care and Education at Palm Beach Community College provides professional development opportunities that meet the diverse needs and wants of early childhood educators serving young children throughout our county. • Informal Training Incentive Award for successful completion of courses in the Infant/Toddler and Preschool tracks. Practitioners must be enrolled in a course before 10/1/09 and complete all courses before 12/2010 to be eligible for ITIA.

Trainings will:

• Meet at convenient times
• Provide Continuing Education Units (CEUs) paid by SEEK scholarship funds for eligible practitioners
• Provide the professional development necessary to move you along your chosen career path in early education
• Meet certificate renewal requirements
• Meet QIS professional development requirements
• Meet service agreement for School Readiness
