Quoting from an article by one of her students: "The term 'Boca Bohemian' would seem to be an oxymoron - but we have the genuine article right here . . . it is none other than Dr. Terryl Lawrence, our art appreciation teacher. . . . she is knowledgeable and passionate about art without being stuffy. . . Her teaching style is charming, humorous and a little off-beat. Her descriptions of people in the art world from patrons to dealers are filled with juicy details. . . it has been a memorable and fascinating journey."
