Palm Beach State's Class Rosters are availabe online to all instructors who are assigned as primary or secondary instructors to a class. To learn how to access class rosters online, please click here.
In addition, you may "copy and paste" class rosters from the online class roster screen directly into Microsoft Excel.
Directions for Copying and Pasting Class Roster Information into Excel:
1. Access your class roster online through EmployeeWeb - if you are not sure how to do that, click here.
2. On the class roster screen, you will see a button labeled "Print/Download" - click on that button on the roster (see image).

3. You should see a red X next to each column heading in the printable class roster. When you click the red X, that column is removed.
4. Once you have removed the columns you do not want, then you can copy and paste the student data into a spreadsheet or grade book. You do this by holding down the mouse button, highlighting the columns, right click and select "copy."
5. Do not copy the column headings unless you really need them; if you do, the X image will be copied as well, and you will need to delete it from your spreadsheet.
6. When using a browser other than Internet Explorer, you might need to use "paste special" and select the text option.
7. If you do not already have Microsoft Excel open, open Excel and paste the information using the paste button in Office 2007. For Office 2003, right click with your mouse and choose paste.
