John Schneider

John completed his Masters in Business Administration with a concentration in marketing.  He recently completed his biotechnology internship, Summer 2009, at Dyadic International in their Quality Assurance/Quality Control laboratory.  John's work with enzymes developed his interest in organic chemistry and enzyme kinetics.  He is currently working part-time at Dyadic as a lab technician and will be working on PBCC's biofuels project.

Interdisciplinary Stem Cell Institute

Vesna graduated from PBCC's Biotechnology Program in December 2008. She completed her internship at the Interdisciplinary Stem Cell Institute at University of Miami's Miller School of Medicine. She utilized RNA/Protein Characterization techniques during her research under Paul Schiller.

Scott Novick

Scott graduated from PBCC's biotechnology program in Fall 2007. He completed his internship at Scripps Research Institute where he was involved in the Department of Cancer Biology under the direction of Michael Conkright. Conkright's main research focus is in the area of transcriptional regulation. Due to Scott's work success at Scripps Research Institute, he was offered employment. Clint Chalk

Clint Chalk graduated from the biotechnology program in Spring 2007. While at PBCC, he served as a biotech student assistant, as well as a research assistant at Ocean Ridge Biosciences. Currently, he is working as a Research Technician I at The Broad Institute at Massachusetts Institute of Technology. The Broad Institute is a research collaboration of MIT, Harvard, and affiliated Hospitals, and the Whitehead Institute. For more information about the Broad Institute, visit:
