Fruits and Vegetables Campus food service areas are an ideal place to begin improving a school's environmental practices. Campus dining services can be a model for environmental stewardship in a number of ways - from supporting local farmers, to providing organic produce, to reducing food and paper waste through recycling, composting, and bulk purchasing.
