The SLC Computer Lab offers the use of Dell computers equipped with Microsoft Windows and a variety of up-to-date software, including:

• Microsoft Office 2007 (includes PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Pro Calc
• Quick Books
• Adobe Photoshop
• Inspiration
• Auto CAD (two computers)
• Zoom Text (two computers - for students with disabilities)
• Pro Calc
• Inspiration
• Jaws (two computers - for students with disabilities)
• Dragon Dictate (two computers - for students with disabilities)
• and many others ...

All lab computers are equipped with high-speed internet connections. Students may access their e-mail, conduct research, complete assignments, or simply practice their computer skills.

There is no charge for Palm Beach State College students to use the SLC Computer Lab or its services, which include:

• Speciality tutors in microcomputer applications.
• Limited computer programming.
• Chemistry
• Accounting
• Economics
• Anatomy and Physiology

Tutoring is by appointment only. Contact the SLC Computer Lab at 561-868-3799. Students must have Panthercard to access services.
