Scholarships: Serving the needs of future professionals
The PBCC Foundation awarded over $1.9 million in scholarships for 2008-2009. For specific scholarship criteria and eligibility requirements established by our generous donors, view the list of Foundation scholarships. It contains a brief description of the scholarship's purpose and the major criteria used to determine the scholarship recipients. We encourage students to use it as a reference to ensure that scholarship requirements are met. Remember, maintaining a scholarship is as important as applying for one. Scholarship information is subject to change without notice.
Dear Students,
All Scholarship Award Notifications have been sent to scholarship recipients via their PBCC e-mail address. The Deadline for submitting your "Letter of Gratitude" was October 15, 2009. If you still have not submitted your letter, please do so immediately.
All Foundation Scholarships have been posted on student Pantherweb accounts. Students that paid for their courses by cash or check will be receiving a reimbursement check in the mail from the college. Students that paid for their courses by credit card will receive a credit on their credit card. This process should be finalized in the next few weeks.
If you are graduating at the end of fall semester and are no longer attending PBCC, you will not qualify for the Spring portion of your scholarship. We wish you much luck in your new endeavors.
