Start College Now! Here's How:

All classes are $59. Each class meets once a week for six weeks and lasts 2 hours.

Last day to obtain transfers or refunds is June 19, 2009

Your classes will be dropped if payment is not received by June 16, 2009

Returning Students
(If you attended SYC last year)

1. There is no need to submit a new application as long as you remember your pin and student ID number.

  • If you have forgotten your PIN number and and Student ID, then you can click on the "PIN Reset" link. You can also call 561-868-7222 or come to PBCC or mail in the registration form. Click here for Application.
  • Print out the "Class Grid" and check off the classes you wish to take. To register, go to: https://www.pbcc.edu/pantherweb.xml and follow the directions.
  • The student's social security number will convert to a student ID number.
Medical Release. Fill it out completely and submit it to SYC by mail, or in person. This is required. Be sure to sign it or it will be returned.


New Students
(If you have never attended SYC or it's been longer than one year since you attended)

1. Apply online
by clicking here. This is the non-credit application and has no application fee. You will benefit from printing the "Class Grid" and checking off the classes you wish to take.

2. Download and print out the required
Medical Release. Fill it out completely and submit it to SYC by mail, or in person. This is required. Be sure to sign it or it will be returned.

3. When the registration window opens you will be ready to select your courses.

Refunds and Transfers must be requested prior to June 19, 2009. You will be notified of any class cancellations; if this happens you will receive a refund.

From I-95North/South: Proceed west on 6th Avenue South approximately 2 miles to the south entrance. Turn right (north) into campus. Visitor parking is straight ahead.

From the Florida Turnpike: Take the Lake Worth Road exit and go east approximately 10 miles to Congress Ave. Go through the light, and turn right (south) into the campus.

    Lunch, Food & Drink

    Students can bring lunch or buy lunch tickets at Drop Off. Lunch prices will be posted here soon. Food and drinks are NOT permitted in the classrooms. The cafeteria will be open during scheduled breaks and lunch and vending machines are accessible during breaks. Students take breaks every hour.
