MS Access is one of the most efficient and interactive relational database management systems. Information can be stored, linked, and managed using a single relational database application and its associated tools. This course introduces the concept of the relational database including working with Access tables, relationships, queries, forms, and reports. Discover how to design and create a new Access database, how to share Access data with other applications, and how to customize database components.
Managing information in your database can be enhanced by using certain formulas and calculated controls in your forms and reports. In MS Access, formulas are referred to as expressions. This workshop will focus on using the expression builder to incorporate some of the basic expressions into your queries, forms, and reports.
