Palm Beach State wins National Bellwether Award
Palm Beach State's "Career Pathway" model was selected as the best of more than 60 nominations nationwide of "outstanding programs or activities designed and successfully implemented to foster or support teaching and learning in the community college."
As a national finalist, Palm Beach State presented the model at the Community College Futures Assembly in Orlando. Presenters were Dr. Dennis Gallon, president; Dr. Sharon Sass, vice president, academic affairs; Dr. Ginger Pedersen, dean, curriculum planning and research; Dr. Grace Truman, director, college relations and marketing; and David H. Talley, chair of the District Board of Trustees.
