APPLYING FOR A PIN Employers who want to take full advantage of our services may want to apply for a Personal Identification Number (PIN).
Advantages:
- Allows employers to "save" job-posting information within the system. This information can be updated and/or modified at your convenience, thereby avoiding the redundancy of re-writing position description information
- Provides access to candidate resumes on-line with options to search for prospective candidates based upon the employment skills required and/or other qualifications
- Creates an informational profile of your organization.
The following types of employers are not eligible to obtain a PIN but can post jobs without a PIN:
- Third party recruiters
- Employers requiring some form of investment on the part of the candidate as a condition for employment who do not guarantee any form of wages (commission, multilevel marketing, etc.)
- Private homes requiring personal assistance such as babysitting, companion, yard work, etc.
- Employers without a federal tax ID
