WORKSHOPS, TEEN PROGRAM & COMMUNITY CO-SPONSORSHIPS AT THE EISSEY CAMPUS THEATRE

Besides being a performance space, The Eissey Campus Theatre serves as a theatre training facility for Palm Beach Community College (PBCC) students and for the local community.

Teen Summer Theatre ProgramTEEN SUMMER THEATRE PROGRAM
Each summer the Teen Summer Theatre Program is held at the Eissey Campus Theatre. This intensive two-week program teaches young artists, ages 13 - 16, about acting and technical theatre. The program is team taught by two theatre professionals. During the program students write, produce and present their own original show for their family and friends!

WorkshopsWORKSHOPS
Periodically workshops are offered in acting, lighting, sound, audition techniques, etc. These are open to the community. To receive information on workshops, please send your e-mail address to Workshops

 

COMMUNITY CO-SPONSORSHIPS
Non-profit organizations may apply for college "co-sponsorship" of their event. Requests are only considered from those projects that have:
* A direct, substantial and tangible benefit to PBCC students
* Involvement of a PBCC faculty or staff member
* Approval from the Associate Dean or Provost
In return, costs for renting the theatre are reduced and theatre staff will assist in your event planning as requested.

Palm Beach Shakespeare Festival
Palm Beach Opera

National Theatre
Palm Beach Gardens Concert Band

Goodwill Industries
Hospice of Palm Beach County
Palm Beach County Bar Association
