Jazz Ensembles and Troubadours

The instrumental jazz ensembles will present a variety of jazz from the 1950’s through today’s contemporary sounds. The Troubadours are a jazz vocal ensemble that has performed at Carnegie Hall. Their music will focus on popular jazz vocal music from George Gershwin up to the present. Tickets: $10

A musical evening featuring PBCC student musicians and vocalists combined with community musicians performing a range of music from the Renaissance to modern works. Tickets: $10

Tuesday Nite Big Band PBCC Tuesday Nite Big Band

The PBCC Tuesday Nite Big Band, under the direction of David Gibble, presents a special evening that will highlight PBCC’s high-energy, 17-piece big band - "A Night To Remember...the Music of Buddy Rich." featuring four drummers - Matt Crowning, Frank Derrick, Jason Miller, and Steve Salo as guests. Special guest will be tenor saxophonist Jay Corre, former featured soloist with Buddy Rich. If you enjoyed the band’s recent performances featuring music of The American Songbook, The Blues!, and The Beatles and Beyond you won’t want to miss this one! Tickets: $15 / $10 PBCC faculty/staff and students with I.D.
